Overview

    

    

Support life science account with good understanding of life science and MNC, and strong English language proficiency

    

    

    

Responsibilities

    

    

·        Help follow up to support initiatives with clients, track and act on actions which arise

    

·        Follow up with clients to support specific meeting arrangement and regular maintenance of relationship matrix with clients

    

·        Establish and maintain relationships with procurement team of the clients

    

·        Support on account plan to keep account profiles updated, identify and gather information on market developments, client requirements and business development opportunities through regular internal and external clients meetings

    

·        Support on opportunity identification, pursuits, and conversion with the clients through following up with internal key stakeholders on activity progress and consolidation of materials preparation

    

·        Support key business development initiatives, including bid proposal and contract / commercial management

    

·        Support on logistics of marketing events relevant to the clients, IBS management, meeting logistics, etc.

    

    

    

Requirements

    

    

·        Bachelor Degree (medical or related major preferred)

    

·        At least 5 years’ experience in life science industry and experience with MNC pharmaceutical companies is preferable. Experience with other MNC environment will also be considered

    

·        Self-driven and creative thinking, ability to take on multiple activities and tasks

    

·        Strong organizational skills, detail-conscious, pro-active, hard-working and resilient

    

·        Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and MS office suite is essential

    

·        Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must for this role
