Job Function:

工作职责：

1.Supervise Design Institute’s engineering documents and other Work Engineer related activities fully comply with VSL SHEQ Policy in detail engineering phase.

在详细设计阶段，监督承包商的码头水工设计和其它与码头水工有关的设计工作完全符合公司SHEQ方针。

2.Assist in developing and optimise the marine work system design including jetty facilities, trestle and breakwater etc. Supported by Procurement Dept., timely deliver the design input information to Design Institute’s team in detail design phase.

协助执行和优化码头水工系统设计，包括码头设施、引桥和防波堤等。在采购部门支持下，在详细设计阶段及时为设计院团队提供设计输入。

3.Prepare or review engineering specifications, documents and drawings by Design Institute of Marine Work Engineer part for onshore and offshore facilities according to VSL’s technical requirements.

根据公司的技术要求，制定或审查有关陆域和海上设施土建部分的工程设计说明和设计院的图纸文件。

4.Co-operate with other discipline engineers to handle engineering interface issues related to marine work and technical support to Procurement Dept.  

与其他专业工程师配合处理与水工有关的设计工作，并为采购部门提供技术支持。

5.Assist in preparation of tendering documents and vendor’s technical bid evaluation of marine work part.

协助准备海洋码头水工部分的招标文件和供货商的技术标评估。

6.Assist in managing Design Institute’s work progress and submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly project highlights to Project Manager.

协助管理设计院的工作进度及提交项目经理的周、月、季度项目报告。

7.Assist in preparing required engineering documents for design review meeting by VSL’s management.

协助准备由公司领导参加的设计审查会所需的设计文件。

8.To finish the task assigned by Company management.

完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

Skills & Knowledge:

技能知识：

-Major in Marine Work Engineer or relevant engineering. 

码头水工及相关工程专业。

-5+ years related experience in engineering of Jetty engineering or construction, especially in marine jetty facility. 

5年以上码头工程设计或建设相关工作经验，尤其是海洋码头设施。

-Familiar with relevant national/international codes and standards.

熟悉相关的国内/国际标准。

-Good verbal and written communication skill, both in English and Mandarin is preferred.

具有良好的英语及普通话口头及书面沟通能力优先。

-Skilled in office PC application programs, especially in Auto-cad. 

熟练掌握办公电脑应用程序，尤其是CAD。

-Capable of independently analysis, handle problems; knowledge of PKPM.

能够独立进行分析、处理问题；熟悉PKPM。

-Hardworking and able to work under pressure.

勤劳，能够在压力下工作。
