1、活塞温度场实验制样及测量工作。

Preparations and measurements of KTM test.

2、进行主观和客观的噪声振动评价，利用设备进行汽车发动机活塞噪音的测试

To conduct subjective and objective NVH rating, tests and evaluation piston on engine test with NVH equipment

3、以客户要求开展NVH和KTM实验。

To develop NVH and KTM test procedures to meet customers’requirements.

4、与FEA工程师和研发工程师提出噪声振动的优化解决方案。

To work with the FEA engineer and product engineer to work out NVH optimization solutions

5、负责实验室实验设备维护

Responsible maintenance for the experiment equipment

6、和研发，设计，质量部门的协调和沟通。

Coordination and communication with R&D， design, quality departments.

7、负责实验设备的技术协议签订，安装和最终验收

Technical agreement approval,installation and final acceptance of laboratory equipment 

8、负责采购实验耗材

Responsible purchasing for experiment expendable

9、负责外部材料实验的联系，送样，检验。

Responsible Contact, delivery and inspection for the external experiment.

10、完成领导交办的工作

Finish work assigned by seniors
