1.负责材料信息的录入；

2.负责供应商信息的建立和录入；

3.负责公司年度供应商标准单价录入；

4.负责将各个项目的项目成本导入公司管理软件，提醒财务部审核；

5.完成每月与供应商对账工作、合同签订；

6.完成对账合同的签订；

7.每月提交年度供应商的资金使用计划，报部门经理审核；

8.负责材料款项的申请；

9.完成所有送货单、采购合同归档工作，并移交给财务部；

10.负责项目竣工后材料成本统计。

任职资格：

1、专科以上学历，采购供应链相关专业或工程相关专业；

2、熟悉办公软件的使用；

3、工作细致有耐心，具有良好的沟通能力，以及处理事情的灵活性；
