岗位职责：

1、组织筹备公司三会和董事会专门委员会会议，编制、记录和保管相关会议文件；

2、与投资者、中介机构、监管机构保持良好沟通与联络工作，协助董事会秘书开展资本市场推介工作；

3、开展投资者关系管理工作，维护公司良好的市场形象；

4、开展公司信息披露工作，确保公司的信息披露的合规性；

5、协助董事会秘书完成其他证券事务相关事宜。

任职要求：

1、金融、投资、法律、财务、经济类专业本科以上学历，2年以上上市公司工作经历；

2、具备深厚的文字功底，优秀的写作能力，并擅长分析报告和文案的撰写；

3、具备严谨的工作态度，认真细致，强烈的责任心和职业操守；

4、亲和力强，具备良好的沟通协调、组织及谈判能力，条理清楚，逻辑思维能力强；

5、熟悉金融资本市场，公司法及企业运营所需的法律知识，具备财务及企业管理知识；

6、成熟稳重，形象大方得体，高度敬业精神和职业敏感性，保密意识强；

7、通过司法考试或CPA优先考虑。
