- Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for operational risk management functions including the identification of risks, planning the scope of risk assessment, implementing the risk framework/policy and operational risk assessment methodology / tools, performing the analysis and providing the advisory to the Branch and Maybank China Branches.

Level of Education

At least Bachelor Degree / Degree equivalent Professional Qualification

 

Years of Experience

Minimum 4 years (executive level) or 2 years (manager level) working experience in related areas in Banking & Finance Industry, preferably in operational risk management functions or exposures in operations dept.

 

Discipline / Related Field

- Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Accountancy, Mathematics / Statistic / Actuarial Sciences / Treasury / Computer Science; Proficient in banking IT infrastructure / system, database/ data warehouse, programming / code languages; Proficient in Operational Risk Management System (ORMS)

 

Competencies:

Strong interpersonal communication skills and good command in common business language, i.e. English, to collaborate with relevant stakeholders across the Group / International / Regional as well as home / host regulators; Strong analytical and management skills, sound knowledge of banking products and in-depth experience in the functional area.
