1、制定塑料与橡胶类供应商开发策略，确保完成公司目标；
2、管理供应商产能，确保产能满足需要；
3、制定并实施供应商提高和改进计划，以不断提高供应商水平；
4、制定并实施新供应商的开发计划，向国产化项目、客户项目或新产品开发项目提
5、供更优的供应商；
6、组织并参加供应商定点会议；
7、制定并实施批量原材料的降成本计划；
8、维护供应商的日常关系；
