岗位职责：

1、公司在上海各一线商场（室内）开设体验门店精美展位，推广员在展台前向过往行人主动介绍我司的产品（承认英语课程，青少儿英语，奥数，语文写作，对外汉语等）

2、推广任务：在展台前主动寻找意向客户，以送其免费体验课的形式让客户简单登记下姓名电话。并完成每天的任务。

晋升空间：

当前团队处于技术发展阶段，晋升方向舵、可在上海晋升主管、招聘、培训等职位，也可去外地城市开拓市场，实现内部创业。

岗位要求：

1、18-28岁，五官端正、形象大方、高中（中专）以上学历。

2、个性开朗、善于沟通，有较强的服务意识，能够自我激励，不怕被拒绝。

3、适应快节奏，具备独立，搞笑、灵活工作的能力。

4、有很强的推广意识，教育市场推广工作经验者优先。

5、有团队意识，有良好的沟通能力。
