Responsibilities :

- Craft strong on-brand campaign

- Following and enriching the brand guidelines to ensure quality and consistency across all touch points

- Reviewing design with stakeholders, gather feedbacks and incorporate changes recommended

- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work

- Prepare prepress production files for print

- Following-up on implementation on-sites with suppliers if needed

- Supervise and mentor junior designers to flourish creatively

      

Requirements :

- Have a strong understanding of graphic design, layouts, colour combinations, visual compositions as well as font/type treatments both in Chinese and English

 

- Understand how to protect and develop our brand visual assets

- Able to think critically and have exceptional attention to detail

- Be a highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner

- Able to work in a startup environment

- Able to work on several projects at a time with people from different areas of the business

- Have good presentation and communication skills

- Other qualities required : Flexibility, Customer Focus, Open to Feedback, Good business objectives understanding

 

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 4+ years of experience (or equivalence in freelance) in Graphic Design, illustrations, branding, advertising (experience in design agency is preferred)

- Good knowledge of Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop (Lightroom, After Effect and other Adobe softwares are a plus)

- English & mandarin proficiency preferred
