KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

? Achieve budgeted sales on Project Management & Control, Engineering, Procurement & Material Management and Integrated Project Management Team business.

? Work with Corporate management to develop, control and manage the Business within the group.

? Implement Initiative & Leadership Qualities in terms of Creating and Developing Sales & Execution Strategies & Collaborative Alliances

? Develop and set up international trading business for West Gate Global Equipment and

Technologies

? Take responsibility for driving and developing the Customer Relationships and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.

? Create a Customer base which will provide unique high value and longevity.

? Create Business Development 3D structure consisting of operational, management and roles and responsibility structure.

? Develop and manage the 5 key items in the management which includes, Sales and

Marketing, Operations, Project Controls, Finance and People management.

? Develop the team and train them to develop their skills.

? Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.

? Collaborate with design and engineering team to ensure the requirements are met.

? Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned.

? Possess a strong understanding of our Service Offering, our competition in the industry and positioning.

? Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitor.

? Position and Engage in Collaborative Cooperation with Inbound & Outbound Technology & Services Companies to provide Value to End Clients

KEY REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international marketing and sales, business administration, engineering or relevant field.

? High ability to work in multicultural environment.

? Should possess people Leadership, Decision Making Attributes & Management skills

? Good communication skills both written and verbal

                                                                                                    

      

? Minimum 5 years’ proven working experience as a business manager or a relevant role, candidate with experience in overseas will be given priority.

? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

? Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

? Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

? Must have a commitment to implement & utilise the power of modern tools such as IOT, analytics, cloud based platforms and social media to position the company for the future

? Must have empathy and long-term commitment to building relationships and working with supply chain partners and collaborative partnerships along with sustaining these same relationships mutually beneficial
