Global HealthCare Medical and Dental Clinic

Requirements:
-Very organized and responsible
-Fluent in English
-Experience in management of healthcare clinics and/or hospitals
-Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and general medical practices
-Master's Degree is preferred


Clinic Manager Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for the medical care, services and operations at the clinic. He/She ensures that the clinic operations grow steadily each year.
2. Supervision and guidance of the customer service staff in various departments to ensure patients provide high-quality customer service.
3. Supervision and guidance of the clinic staff's job performance to ensure that the rules and regulations of the clinic is effectively implemented.
4. Plan and implement operational processes and regulations according to the requirements of the development of the clinic.
5. Control of the clinics operating costs, providing professional and high-quality medical services for patients.
6. Work with the marketing department with market research activities, promotion and feedback, with the effective implementation of the marketing activities in the clinic.
7. Work with Human Resources in the organization of staff to participate in training and staff appraisal.
8. Ensure use of the facilities equipment, maintenance and repair, and supervision departments to run smoothly.
9. Process and resolve the affairs and disputes of clinic operations.
10. Do all kinds of public affairs, government affairs and important customer service work.(Chinese speaking duties, such as all government affairs, will be given to Assistant Clinic Manager)
11. Work with the Finance and Insurance Claims department to ensure collections of accounts receivables.
12. Safeguard the unity, stability and development of the clinic.
13. Organize monthly staff and Physician schedules and distribute accordingly.
