职位描述
工作内容: 分中心运营管理工作，确保分中心日常营运收入及成本达到年初预算指标； 带领客服主任及客服做好客户的沟通服务工作；
办公室租赁，确保中心的出租率达到年初预算指标；
每月核对租金、服务费账单；
配合公司完成预算制定；
与各中介、物业保持良好合作；
负责投诉、保修紧急处理工作；
负责所在中心人员应聘甄试；
完成上级交代的其他工作。
任职资格:
教育背景: ◆市场营销、商务管理、行政管理等相关专业，本科以上毕业。
经 验: ◆5年以上相关工作经验，至少2年以上管理类工作经验。
技能技巧: ◆具有丰富的商务中心管理经验；
◆具有较强的管理协调能力；
◆具有良好的专业素养，有一定的人事、财务、销售方面的专业知识；
◆有良好的英语或日语听说读写能力；
◆工作严谨细致，有责任心； ◆学习能力强，善于分析、思考问题；
◆有时间观念，独立性强，具备团队合作精神。
◆熟练操作办公软件及办公自动化设备。
