Job Responsibilities:
工作职责：
-Responsible for team management、task allocation、regular meeting and review code
负责团队管理，任务分配，例会及代码审核
-Products in accordance with the system architecture planning, modular design, research and development, product improvement, unit testing, etc.
按照系统架构规划，实现产品模块设计，研发，产品改进，单元测试等工作
-Communications with business departments to confirm request details and fulfillment in development plans
和业务部门的沟通，明确需求的细节并落实到开发计划中
-Coding and testing in system module, and being responsible for code quality
负责系统模块的代码编写和测试，并对代码质量负责
-Troubleshooting and study on new technologies
负责技术疑难问题的攻关，及新技术的研究
-teaching and guiding experience and skills for newcomer

Requirements:
职位要求:
-More than 2 years’ experience in team management, and familiar with J2EE architecture and JAVA development technologies
2年以上团队管理经验；熟悉J2EE架构和相关的JAVA开发技术.
-Familiar with OOA/OOD, UML, Web Service standards and technology realization framework, has experience in distributed system design
熟悉面向对象分析/设计, UML, Web Service的相关标准和技术实现框架, 参与过分布式系统设计.
-Familiar with open-source products such as Spring, iBatis, ActiveMQ, Solr, POI etc.
熟悉Spring, ibatis, ActiveMQ, Solr, poi等开源产品.
-Familiar with MySQL, MongoDB and other nosql database.
熟练使用MySQL, MongoDB 以及其他非关系型数据库.
-Ability to work under high pressure, with responsibility, excellent communication and problem solving skills, and sense of teamwork
可承受较大压力，有责任感，较强的沟通协调能力，具有团队合作精神
-Readiness to take over responsibility, and abilities to solve technical problems independently or with other members
