岗位职责
1、质量工具和方法的指导和培训，以专家的身份指导、培训或建议质量工具和方法的运用，根据需要实施质量方法等的培训；
2、年度质量方法和工具专项评估的准备，实施和报告，制定相关措施提高公司质量工具应用水平；
3、及时更新质量标准，特别是质量工具类，按照客户要求或者其他相关标准变化对质量标准和操作流程进行更新，实施质量要求转化的相关培训；
4、项目的质量评审，根据项目的不同开发和认可阶段，以协调人的身份实施项目的质量评估，分析并向管理层报告项目发现。

岗位要求
1、工程类专业，本科学历以上，硕士优先；
2、3年以上推广质量工具的工作经验，最好是汽车行业的经验，熟悉6 sigma方法和各类质量工具(FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE,…)理解深刻；
3、有国家注册质量工程师证书(中级)或者6 sigma黑带相关证书；
4、英语流利。
