职位描述
Key Accountabilities
? Coordinate all shipments of manufactured goods to PGFG nominated destination
? Advise appropriate Brand, Planning & DC teams of any issues that will cause orders/styles not to make the into store date as soon as known
? Advise all brand teams, details of shipments in prescribed timeframe
? Process all shipping documents and provide to the appropriate internal/external partners
? Update and distribute all schedules as per prescribed times
? Prepare all customs duty documentation
? Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed prior to vessel arrival to minimise any late container deliveries into the DC or DTS
? Generate shipment reports from the system, and circulate to key stakeholders
? Collate and issue copies of garment packing list per shipment and advise necessary parties of its location on the share drive
? Archive all hard copy supplier & customs documents
? General filing and administration as required
? Provide costs and/or analysis as requested
Teamwork
? Treat all management and fellow team members with respect to support a team environment and provide high levels of service and support
? Develop professional relationships with your team members to ensure optimal communication, efficiency and productivity
? Participate & contribute to meetings and make suggestions for continuous improvement
General Duties
? Attend to ad hoc duties as requested by your direct manager or the executive team in a diligent and timely manner
? Actively promote and lead by example PGFG's Behaviours for Success
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Technical Skills
? Microsoft Office
? Internal PGFG systems
Education / Experience / Requirements
? over 5 years (minimum) experience in logistics/shipping role
? Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
? Ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines
? Strong communication skills both written and verbal
? Team player, positive attitude
