PRIMARY  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  Design, implement and maintain the architecture of the websites based on  business requests.

  Perform as website technical administrator; provide technical support and  training to the business authors.

  Provide design input to business content owners and assist the ongoing updates  of the websites. 

  Provide technical solution for the web. Implement new technologies to web  design.

  Ensure the websites to align with enterprise standards. 

  Collect and optimize the images and photos for webpage developing. 

Assist  the business department to establish website update process. 

  Communicate and enforce organizational policies and procedures. 

  Assist in the promotion of cooperation and teamwork within the department  through an understanding of department goals and the contribution of  suggestions and ideas to improve effectiveness and efficiency of daily  activities.

  SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

  Technical

  (Doing skills - job related knowledge, policies, procedures, techniques.)

  

   2 to 4 years of relevant working  experience. Experience in Foreign Investment Company is preferred. 

  Strong programming knowledge of internet scripting languages

   Experience with SQL, Oracle, DB2 or  similar database structures.

  Experience with Dreamwaver, Frontpage, sharepoint, TeamSite, Flash or similar  web development tools.

  Skill in planning and organizing.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
