职位描述
工作职责：
1.为客户提供系统咨询服务，及专业建议
2.完成客户开发、联系、跟进的工作
3.起草、审核、修订各类投资过程中涉及的文书
4.办理外资客户公司的设立、变更登记、注销等事项
5.提供法律咨询，协助客户应对公司运营中出现的各种法律问题
职位要求：
1.能够快速适应公司文化
2.有责任心，能在压力的工作环境下工作
3.熟悉合同法、劳动法、经济法、商法及相关法律法规
4.具有很强的沟通协调能力、语言文字表达能力，熟练掌握办公软件
5.普通话流利，良好的英语能力
6.能独立工作，有毅力及其学习精神
7.法律等类似专业优先

We have rich experience in offering guidance on incorporating a foreign investment company, the Chinese-foreign joint venture companies, foreign representative offices, share right merger, visas, etc. During the recent years, Lingkun investment has already built a high-quality team with legal knowledge, and already setup our completed service system and service ideology.
