Education/Experience:

1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing System, Electrical or Macaronics Engineering
2. 4 Years above of working experiences as Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer in automotive parts assembly/manufacturing plant. Understand and have worked under TS16949 Requirements.
3. Experiences in Process, Jigs/Fixtures and Tooling Management
4. Able to operate AutoCAD Software and well versa in Office Application Softwares (eg. Word, Excel and Power Point and etc.)
5. Able to speak, write and listen well in both Mandarin and English.
6. Able to work under Pressure.

Principle Accountabilities:

1. Layout Planning (Process and Material Flow)
2. Process capacity study (Capacity Verification -- Include Cycle Time and Productivity)
3. Tooling and Jigs/Fixtures development and management
4. Develop product specification and work Instructions (WI)
5. Develop process flow chart and PFMEA
6. Ergonomics study
7. Introduction of necessary Error Proofing Techniques
8. Involve or lead the process quality issue analysis and implement the improvement action.
9. Drive for line performance metrics improvement such as FTT, OEE, and Productivity etc.
10. Initiate Process Improvement
11. Be an Industrial Engineer in the new product launching projects
