有5~10年的电力、化工、石油、矿业工程的相关经验背景；
大学本科机械工程、石油化工，材料成型或焊接专业毕业，或有丰富工作经验的大专学历者；
熟悉各类焊接结构的焊接、尺寸以及制作过程的检验；
具有相关海外项目的工作经历；
熟悉相关国际标准，例如AS/DIN/EN/AWS/ASME 等；
持有CWI 或 IWE 证书者优先；
基本了解常用NDT检测方法，持有NDT检测证书者优先；
英语的听、说、读、写能力突出；
能适应长期出差。
