岗位职责：
1、负责公司来访接及总机电话转接；
2、负责收发传真，复印文档，信件、报刊、快递分发登记等；
3、负责公司常用表格/文件的保管及定期补给；
4、受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，布置会议室；
5、负责接待区及会议室管理及环境维护；
6、负责接待区饮品/机器的维护及更替；
7、负责公司办公用品订购及保管；
8、负责预定国内/际机票、火车票、酒店预订、签证办理；
9、负责审核国内国际机票费用、办公文具费用、快递费用，同时统计相关信息；
10、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，文秘和行政管理等相关专业毕业优先，优秀应届毕业生也可；
2、形象气质佳，声音甜美，灵活主动，亲和力强；
3、工作热情积极、细致耐心，熟悉办公自动化设备及office办公软件；
4、有良好的沟通技巧和解决问题的能力；
5、普通话标准、简单英文交流更佳，弹性工作制度。
