岗位职责：

为超高速SerDes和数据转换器开发高性能模拟/混合信号/逻辑/时钟布局，在各层次推进16/12/7nm FinFET工艺等CMOS技术。工作职责包括为模拟构建块开发物理布局，为SerDes和数据转换器开发顶层;进行多级设计验证和设计质量/完整性检查;与模拟设计工程师一起进行设计和布局迭代，以达到***的电路性能;基于模拟/混合信号设计方法创建设计文档和报告;监控初级掩模设计工程师，参与芯片-模拟相关工作，确保设计工作符合芯片的设计规范。

Responsibilities:

develop high-performance analog/mixed-signal/logic/clocking layouts for ultra-high speed SerDes and data converter in advance CMOS technologies such as 16/12/7nm FinFET processes at all levels. Job duties include developing physical layouts for analog building blocks and top-level for SerDes and data converter; performing multi-level design verifications and design quality/integrity checks; working with analog design engineers on design and layout iterations to achieve optimal circuit performance; creating design documents and reports based on analog/mixed-signal design methodology; monitoring junior mask design engineer, and participating in silicon-to-simulation correlation to ensure design work meet design specifications in silicon.

岗位要求：

BSEE或同等学历，3年以上模拟和混合信号版图设计经验，包括放大器、连续时间滤波器、模数转换器、决策反馈均衡器、PLL和时钟电路、时钟和数据恢复电路、Tx线路驱动程序、数据序列化器和反序列化器;较强的块、顶层布局的验证和调试能力;丰富的超高速模拟电路物理实现知识;具有16nm/12nm/7nm、PDK工艺先进知识优先。

Qualification:

BSEE or equivalent required, at least 3 years of direct experiences in analog and mixed signal layout including amplifiers, continuous-time filter, analog-to-digital converter, decision feedback equalizer, PLL and clocking circuitry, clock and data recovery circuitry, Tx line driver, data serializer and de-serializer; strong verification and debugging skills of block and top level layout; rich knowledge in physical implementation of ultra-high speed analog circuits; knowledge in advance technologies of 16nm/12nm/7nm and PDK is a plus.
