•   Investigate and resolve technical field problems and recommend and/or initiate corrective action.

  ?     Master the latest technology knowledge of company products through self-studying and training, and give the best support to sales force and customers on technical issues.

  ?     Make after sales coordination and plans in cooperation with sales force.

  ?     Perform field testing and analysis of failed components to assist Engineering and Service Manager in determining modes of failure and root cause.

  ?     Provide direct support to engineering in design parameters with regards to servicing and maintenance of Mobile Climate Control products.

  ?     Determine and/or assist in determining liability in warranty equipment failures.

  ?     Evaluate non-standard warranty claim requests and pre-approve/deny requests based upon Mobile Climate Control’s policies and procedures

  ?     Perform audits of equipment installations and repair procedures at dealer locations within territory to insure quality and proper application of the equipment.

  ?     Conduct training, both in-house and in the field, on Mobile Climate Control products for new equipment and new dealers.

  ?     Prepare technical information for general use on installation, operation, and maintenance of Mobile Climate Control products. Assist in the publication and verification of all technical manuals, as well as spare parts lists for all Mobile Climate Control products.

  ?     Actively participate in telephone technical support hotline to assist dealers and customers.

  ?     Internal training towards colleagues

  ?     External training towards customers

  ?     Performs other responsibilities as necessary.

Competence requirements 

• College diploma or high school diploma.
• HVAC or refrigeration or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficient on reading technical drawings and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Organized and energetic.
• Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
