职位描述:

隶属于设计队伍，在项目总监的领导下负责直接联络公司项目管理队伍及协助制作/整理全图设计图及深化施工图予本地及外地的项目。

求职者需具备以下条件：

-有良好的团队合作精神，愿意耐心地领导年资较浅的同事。
-能承受在压力下工作及愿意超时工作。

-室内设计、建筑学或相关专业大专或以上学历。

-一年以上室内装饰项目深化施工图绘图经验，熟悉室内装饰材料及施工工艺。

-普通话流利，英语阅读能力,善于沟通。能操广东话之求职者优先考虑。

-能熟练操作AUTOCAD、3D等设计相关软件

-具跟进现场经验或零售店项目经验者优先考虑。

Job Descriptions:
Belong to Design Team, he/she is responsible to coordinate and assist project team to develop/ arrange full set design/ working drawing for local and overseas projects under supervision of Project Director.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications / skills:

1.Willing to work as a team, as well as to lead and instruct colleagues with less experience with patience.

2.Able to work under pressure. Willingness to work over-time.

3.Diploma/Certificate in Interior Design/ Architectural Studies or above

4.Minimum 1 years post qualification solid experience, with working experience in shop drawing production for interior fit-out projects. Familiar with construction techniques & material employment.

5.Proficiency in Mandarin and good command of reading English. Well in communication. Able to communicate in Cantonese would be an advantage

6.Good knowledge of AUTOCAD, 3D modeling software.

7.On-site follow-up experience/ retail store projects experience would be an advantage.
