1. File the daily QC report; update daily the QC inspection result into the system.

2. Stay on top of supplier's audit booking to make sure it's on-time and accurate by checking with QCs, and advise China QC manager for non-conforming.

3. Follow up the "top-selling samples" procedure to test Hollander top selling items, and alert MR and QC manager attention for unusual fails, files chargeback when necessary.

4. Submit the new programs' production fabrics and pre-production samples to 3rd party lab for test in a timely manner follow up on test result and file the report and send to related associates (MR, PD Specialist, QC manager, Boca QC). Follow direction from Boca QC department for retest and collect sample for re-submission. If test result fails, notify related MR so they follow with the suppliers.

5. Send production fabric swatch to headquarters for approval, file approved fabric swatch, mail approved swatches to the mills as QC's inspection standard.

6.Check new program's production samples in office against the specs and approved pre-production samples before submission to US headquarters; complete the sample evaluation report independently; bring to MR, QC manager attention if something is wrong.

7. Follow up procedure to do Vinyl bag test and carton test and send in monthly or quarterly reports, including collection samples, submit to lab, follow up on result and file, chargeback the suppliers when applies.

8. Prepare the monthly quality report of cutting and sewing products, and the monthly updated report on down and feather.

9. File various quality related chargeback under the supervision of QC manager.
10. Review critical workmanship/technical samples like Kohl's, WM, BBB, Costco, Target along with MR before submitting to Boca

11. Propose new ways to perform the responsibilities better under the Oracle system.

12. Proactively foresee problems and find solutions.

13. Other duties as assigned by QC managers.

Qualification:
1.bachelor degree or equivalent
2.2 year plus experience related to fabric and sample testing, preferably in famous labs and hometextile companies.
3.familar with American test standard and procedures.
4.detailed, organized, having good communication and time-management skills.
5.fluent oral and written English.
6.fluent Computer Operation Skills (especially in Microsoft)
