岗位职责:

？ Oversee and lead all functions and staff related to Medical Staff Office
？ Manage administrative affairs associated with medical staff, including regular and associate medical staff
？ Ensure qualified medical staff (eg, regular or associate medical staff) are available to meet patient and organizational needs
？ Build strong and consistent networks with external healthcare organizations, medical groups and associate medical staff to ensure safe and effective referrals, green channels, staffing, and support for clinical services; develop, implement and maintain contracts with such external entities
？ Provide guidance, support and liaison with associate medical staff and administration for business needs or work related issues
？ In conjunction with the finance team, prepare regular analyses of associate medical staff workload, revenue, cost, quality and other relevant outcomes
？ Implement and maintain programs to support medical staff, including recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training
？ Oversee all medical staff privileging and credentialing in accordance with policies
？ Ensure medical staff compliance with policies, local government regulations, Joint Commission International standards, and relevant oversight or accreditation
？ Maintains Medical Staff Office governance documents such as policies and procedures, rules and regulations, and related documents
？ Lead MSO efforts to support CME, OPPE, QAS, MAB, medical staff recognition programs, medical committees and other medical staff initiatives
？ Implement and support career plan and development for Medical Staff Office staff
？ Liaise and work in a collaborative fashion with other hospital departments to accomplish hospital missions and goals
？ Demonstrate and support UFH values in all aspect of work (ICARE – Innovative, Caring, Accountable, Respectful, Excellence)
？ Other projects and duties as assigned by CMO

任职资格:

*Clinical bachelor degree or above (medical or nursing preferred)
*Minimum 3 years working experience in an international healthcare organization
*Minimum 3 years working experience in a Chinese local hospital system
*Oversea education and work experience bonus
