Title: Operations and Customer Service Coordinator
Number of Jobs: 1
Report to: Ops Process Manager
Job Location: Xietu Lu, Shanghai

Role's Mission:
Look for dedicated people who highly focus on customer services.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the operations department; ensuring timely response to customer inquiries
Own the engineer schedule by gathering inputs from various teams and proactively solving scheduling conflicts before they become a problem
With help of an assistant, follow-up with engineers throughout the day for status on outstanding issues; also for following proper procedures
Develop and prepare engineer performance evaluations and other Q/A related functions
Coordinate and communicate with internal and outside parties to ensure customer satisfaction
Lead project update meetings, other meetings upon manager's request
Ensure 100% accuracy of all NC system's inputs and usage
Learn the whole business process, constantly provide and gather new ideas to improve company processes and procedures
Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications:
Work Experience: Two years prior work experience (required for Chinese work VISA if foreign citizen)
Required Skills:
Customer Service Oriented is must
Strong Time Management Skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Ability to identify areas for improvement, and take the initiative required to oversee through completion
Pluses:
Analytical (Strong Microsoft Excel / OpenOffice skills)
Prior managerial experience
Prior experience working in a Chinese company
Education / Major Background: Bachelors Degree in Business (or similar major) preferred
Language: English and Chinese; Chinese not necessary but definitely beneficial
