1、深入了解公司及项目组招聘需求，仔细分析岗位要求，确定人才的搜寻范围，制定相关寻访计划；

2、利用公司各种渠道和专业方法寻访合适人选，并进行电话沟通；

3、与候选人交流，了解候选人的信息，从而判断其合适职位，并做好相关跟踪工作；

4、对候选人进行评估与判断，评价并梳理候选人的优劣势，撰写外派员工推荐报告，进行推荐；

5、与项目组沟通待招岗位情况，并做好相关面试安排与跟进。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销/人力资源/管理类/经济类等相关专业，优秀的应届毕业生也考虑；

2、性格开朗，积极主动，有热情，抗压力强，学习能力强并有志于人事招聘工作；

3、说话清楚，吐字清晰，富有条理性和逻辑性，善于交流和沟通；

4、认真，耐心，勤奋，不服输；富有创新精神，善于挖掘重要信息，能适应快节奏的工作方式；

5、熟悉相关办公软件操作，对数字数据敏感，善于归纳总结，愿意不断学习和提升；

6、工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力和观察判断能力，以及良好的语言表达及文字理解能力；

7、工作注重方式、方法，善于总结和反思，懂得变通与应变，具有比较强的学习能力；
