Responsibilities:
1. Help to analyze and reconcile the AR balance with dealers/sales managers, follow up on those overdue issues and take related action.
Help to reconcile the QAD AR reports with actual shipments / deliveries and due dates.
Help to prepare monthly account statements for dealers and manage the distribution / follow up process.
Close commutations with the sales administrator to review shipments and TOP.
Develop a good working relationship with the accounting staff at dealers.

2. Whole sale financing transaction management in assigned regions
Liaison with sales administration team with regards to releasing of machines
Manage dealers' credit applications and decide whether to a grant the credit through the company itself or through its financing company.
Monthly check and reconcile accounts receivable balance with dealers
Contacting dealers for payments
Updating dealers' repayments records in ERP system
Dealers' monthly credit and repayments reports
Develop and maintain good working relations with dealers' credit and accounting staff;

3. Credit filing
Review and make sure all program related documents related to wholesale financing are in place and up to date
Documents include dealer credit ratings, dealer acceptance of CCMS credit policy and credit line, dealers' financial statements and receivable reports. etc.
Review and make sure communications with dealers regarding risk management/credit programs or individual transactions are properly filed.

4. Financial program development
Include in collection system and risk management;
Visit dealers to give credit and risk management training as well as to conduct dealer risk audits
Give training to sales staff on credit policy and practice

5. Manage FIAT AFC wholesale financing
Contact with AFC on wholesale issues;
Manage AFC netoff issues with dealer and AFC;
Help AFC to collect from dealer or make extension.

6. Dealer Rebate/award/penalty/interest administration.
Tracking the levels of sales rebates for dealers, preparing a master-tracking sheet in conjunction with the sales administrator.
Tracking the payment of the service rebate, in conjunction with the service administrator.
Identify and administrate the credit note offset system for marketing support initiatives with dealers. Supported by the Marketing manager and assistant.
Check dealer rebate/award/penalty/interest balance with dealer quartly;
Check with dealer how rebate/award/penalty/interest offset is used quartly.

7. Assistance in other credit related assignments.
Assist in preparing risk management conference;
Other ad hoc credit and risk management related assignments;
Participate in department initiatives, e.g. job rotation and training program, collection training program.

8. Legal Issues
Help to provide supporting documents to lawsuit, including original invoice, original sales contract, payment records, AR original copies;
Co-ordinate with lawyer

Requests:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 3 years related work experience
3. Good in written and oral English
