Responsibilities:

Financial:

1. To be responsible to the pre-set sales and it's related turnover rent and rental income from the causal leasing of the assigned floors and portfolio of tenants;

2. To monitor and management of all finance receivable including rental, management fee and other payment and removal of business license registration of expired tenants of the assigned floors and portfolio of tenants;

3. To assist team leader in the making of annual budget, business plan, refinement of the working process, planning of future tenant mix and service upgrade;

Operation:

1. To make sure of the highest quality of physical conditions of the assigned floor in both public area and stores; 

2. With team leader supervision to closely monitor tenant's business performance to expose situation, work out solutions and push for improvement, on issues included but not limited to service quality and team consistency, freshness of stocks and replenishment, connection of POS and report accuracy, window display, promotional program etc. as an operator;

3. To follow the guidance of team leader to analyze sales and explore improvement opportunities with team members on a weekly/ monthly/ yearly basis;

4. To follow the guidance of team leader to work out executable improvement plans on poor performers in the portfolio and take the lead to communicate, supervise/ drive and keep close monitor of 

results;

5. To work with the team to come up with proposals of cross tenants/ brands/ trades in promotional collaboration to draw traffic and drive sales of the assigned floors and portfolio of tenants;

6. To monitor and management of all finance receivable including rental, management fee and other payment, lease management to avoid cases like rent arrears and unnoticed early escape from the lease, and removal of business license registration of expired tenants;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree above

2. 4-6 years relevant experience

3. Be proficient at MS office

4. Good at English skill
