职位描述
Position Objective
To support the strong risk governance and oversee the management of financial risks in AIA China, by working closely with business functions and units to identify, measure, analyze, treat and monitor financial risks.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Prepares risk assessments and reports, by monitoring risk exposures and conducting risk analysis, in order to ensure that key financial risks are identified, analyzed, communicated and mitigated. Proposes risk treatment plans and monitors the execution statuses. (30%)
2.Supports the Financial Risk Committee (FRC) and works with Head of ERM to support other risk committees, by organizing the regular meetings and preparing the agenda/materials, in order to maintain effective risk governance. (20%)
3.Develops and implements policies and programs, by working closely with business functions and units, in order to enhance AIA China's management of financial risks (20%)
4.Works with Group Risk, Actuarial, Investment and other stakeholders on the implementation of asset liability management and risk modeling, including leading or supporting stress testing and Economic Capital projects. (20%)
5.Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and other requirements (10%)
Job Requirements
?Education - Bachelor or above Degree Holder (e.g. Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering or equivalent disciplines)
?Experience - above 5 years experience in actuarial or financial risk management or related areas (e.g. consulting, investment, trading, credit/market analyst, etc)
?Certifications/licenses - Having relevant financial risk management certifications or equivalent qualifications would be beneficial, e.g. CFA and FRM (Global Association of Risk Professionals - FRM program).
?Special skills - Good working knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g. Basel 2 & 3, Solvency II), experience in credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and understanding of risk modeling, stress testing and investment activities. Fluent English and Chinese skills. Good communication and influencing skills. Experience in the insurance industry would be an advantage.
