职位职责：

1. 负责模具生产的CNC 设备的操作，保证加工的质量，避免报废。

2.机床的安全操作，根据排产计划，独立高效的完成模具的加工。

3. 负责刀具，夹具的维护保养管理，加工程序的管理如 ：调用，保存，更新。

4.培训指导CNC操作员工的技能提升，参与工艺流程的SOP制定。

5.负责模具加工的状态的跟踪，督促加工流程的顺畅，监控模具加工质量，

6.协调相关模具加工的产能合理分配，保证模具按时交货。

7.负责工作区域内的6S，机床的日常保养填写日常报表（如：机床点检表，自检报告等）

任职要求：

1. 中专或大专学历，机械或模具相关专业。

2. 5年以上模具加工工作经验，并且3年以上在CNC 加工中心，操作经验，熟练高速铣以及CNC车床操作优先。

3.熟悉CNC 操作系统 ，（发那科，西门子，海德汉）西门子系统优先考虑。

4.独立操作数控机床：刀具的选用测量编排. 夹具的选择，程序的管理以及调用,确认,调试。在工程师的指导下对程序，加工参数进行优化。

5.了解模具结构，以及模具的应用，熟悉模具加工流程，清楚模具加工方法，操作过放电加工设备，以及普通模具加工设备优先。

6.熟悉模具检验方法，并且能操作简单的测量设备或通过辅助人员对模具进行测量。

7.工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的安全及质量意识与团队精神，能吃苦耐劳。

8. 愿意轮班，加班。
