Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Cataloguing support
- Support the Supplier and Purchaser engagement process
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquires
- Record details of email, quotation and action taken
- Follow up on customer interactions
Personal Requirements:
- College or above
- Fluency in spoken and written English. CET-4 is required.
- Good MS Excel, Word Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Initiative
