Job Responsibility:
-Perform thermal simulations using CAE software
-Provide system and component selection guidance
-Report results
-Integrate vehicle gradeability and performance simulations into analysis
-Analysis of all thermal subsystems including HVAC, powertrain cooling, electronics cooling, battery heating and cooling, motor cooling, heat exchangers
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience and knowledge in development of thermal management systems for passenger vehicles.
- 5+ Experience with automotive production processes.
- Ability to apply both business and technical expertise to develop alternatives, identify risks, and form recommendations.
- Successful project management experience in thermal management application / implementation project.
- Experience in working with related vehicle development areas like Battery and Powertrain Cooling, HVAC, Energy and Drive Quality, Body and Chassis development.
- International team working experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
