职位Title: Account Manager -North China 华北大区客户经理-Tasking产品线

• Implement key accounts strategy, keep a good relationship with KA decision makers (inc engineering and procurement) at both HQ level and key branch.
• Make plans, Manage sales targets and implement and provision of high quality of service and ensure key account satisfactorily.
• Drive development of long-term business potential by creating a close working relationship with key individuals at individual accounts.
• Team with the Application Engineer, R&D and operation team to increase sales of value-based consulting solution, drives resources applied to individual accounts.
• Collaborate with global team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing among named accounts.
• Understand the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and seek the opportunity to capitalize on strengths and eliminate weaknesses at individual accounts.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce information.
• Travel as necessary to client locations (approximately 50% of time traveling).

• Bachelor Degrees above, preferably major in Electronics.
• 5+ years of working experience, preferably in Automotive Electronic design industry.
• Prefer has working experience in a national company or military industry.
• Prefer has Technology background, especially MCU knowhow.
• Strong prospecting skills as well as the ability to build solid relationships and attain trusted advisor level credibility with established customers.
• Strong, long-standing relationships with key automotive executives within your territory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and social skills.
• Strong ability to adapt to big pressure and fast-paced working environment.
• Strong ability to develop individual strategies.
• Sound English writing and reading ability.
