1. A home-made IaaS product line, based on various of hardware &network virtualization technology
2. LR system storage support
3. Company distribute/ network storage product of cloud

Responsibilities:工作职责描述
1.Manage storage team to produce our product
2.Give important R&D advices On Storage platform within DC environments
3. Develop network/distribute storage system
4. Network/distribute storage I/O performance tuning
5. Provide mentorship to other engineers

Requirements:任职基本要求
1. B.S or M.S or above Degree in computer science, or related field.
2. Experience with Linux C/C++,STL , Boost(C++),Shell( bash,perl,python,etc) programming
3. Solid knowledge of network storage/ distribute storage
4. 8+ years Handon experience with at least 3 of bellow areas: (must)
SCSI/SAS/FC/FCP/FCoE/NFS/CIFS/RAID/snapshot/ I/O Storage Sub-Systems/ data recovery/ volume manager/ IP-SAN etc
5. At lease 3 years management experience(must)
6. Social, interpersonal communication skill
7. Acceptable oral/written English communication skill

Additional Requirements:优选要求
1. Experience in SAN storage system development, SAN system design, implementation, and management, resource share, etc;
2. Experience in EMC related development, knowledge of EMC API
3. Experience of Ceph development
4. Experience of performance tuning in I/O of network/distribute storage

As every software engineer would have known, enterprise business App System is well-designed to be customer-oriented, whose interests can be completely - at least fairly easy to be - handled by the system.

What if looking at it from resource's angle ? Is there any corresponded operation-oriented App System that all resource-faced activity and computation could be well-modeled too ?

Unfortunately, NO.

Such a unbalanced situation raises up big concerns in nowadays Enterprise Resource Pool and App Deliver System - if having one - where the App Computation and App Operation process have not been consistently defined. Please try following questions:
Is your VMWare / IBM / Cisco tool be able to freely launched in the data center ? why not ?
Is your App Resource Network be able to accommodate one more App Instance ? it cannot or simply you are just not sure about it ?
Who to share resource with whom is better ? why ?
How to make sure a bunch of devices, each of which caters for multiple of workloads respectively, are well-configured so that the supported App can be always in good situation ?
