Key Responsibility:

Management

• Plan/Management/Deliver store operation resource
• Manage store retail operations and ensure delivery of commercial targets/KPI’s
• Manage the implementation of the communication/PR/event plan
• Manage the store brand experience implementation
• Manage direct teams

Financial

• Deliver annual financial targets and budgets for store
• Deliver specific reporting required
• span>

Business Intelligence

• Report the defined business/marketing information captured at the store level according to plan
• Deliver/support ad hoc requests when requested
• Plan specific store internal workflows and processes
• span>

HR Management

• Set performance and development plans with direct reports; review and evaluate performance
• Manage subordinates and their teams (stores and back-office)
• Recruit and train shop assistants according to plan
• Liaise with local authorities and partners 
• span>

Training and Development

• Implement all existing retail trainings
• Pioneer new trainings and tracking tools to ensure perfect customer service;

Experience/ Skill Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing megastore in the world for leading mid high end retailers; 
• Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering consumer in store experience
