• Calculate and prepare the sample carton picking list and inform the forwarder timely
• Prepare the inspection sequence list based on customer requirements and staff availability
• Process applications for factory inspections and arrange inspections on time
• Input all inspection results in IT systems of customer or internal
• Filing and reporting: e.g. factory inspection reports, monthly inspection summary, inventory
• Store and maintain all equipment in the IC
• Prepare and maintain the expenses for factory inspections in the ER system
• Other tasks defined by the QC Manager
