Job Description:

1. Provide professional sales support for local partners and key accounts. Develop annual sales plan and sales budget ,including objectives, strategy and action plan;

2. Regular customer visits, get to know their requirements and establish good and stable communication contact with customers within different levels;

3. Understand technologies of relative industries, such as metallic manufacturing, metal, tobacco, oil and gas, automotive, food and beverage and energy etc. Be competent in tracking and engaging in relative industrial projects, Receive orders and Provide solutions;

4. Develop new customers, explore and develop new industries and product applications;

5. Recommend products based on analyzing customer needs, Provide complete and cost-effective solutions for customers;

6. Develop and manage sales channels (contractor and system integrators);

7. Provide assistance for technical expert in constructing solution proposals for complicated customer application needs;

8. Be able to predict and review annual sales situations on monthly basis;

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3-5 years of experience in relays, PLC, drive or relative electrical equipments;

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

3. Bachelor degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines;

4. Confident, good communication skills and team spirits, customer-oriented;

5. Good English communication skills;

6. Adapt to regular travel.
