1、岗位职责
1.1 根据业务定单，制定月/周/日生产计划并发放至各部门；
1.2 根据实际情况对生产计划的执行跟进及调整；
1.3 负责对生产异常的处理及物料入库跟进，含出货保证；
1.4 负责物料的确认及品质追踪并对产能负荷数据统计及分析；
1.5 负责新产品的试产安排及相关数据之统计；
1.6. 管理生产任务单状态，协调各部门附和完成计划。

2、素质要求
2.1 专科及以上学历，熟练操作办公软件，会操作ERP系统；
2.2 具有3年以上外企相关工作经验，在注塑类企业工作经验者优先考虑；
2.3 对生产工艺流程，进出货及物料流程有一定的实干经验；
2.4 具有较强的统计分析能力。
