Responsibility：

1. To independent carry out daily color matching activities of ARCH POS tinting team, supported by color matchers.
2. To provide professional guide for junior color matcher and trainee.
3. To provide color technical onsite support for sales team
4. To provide color related training for customers and sales team
5. To provide color technical support for the integration of basic color formula.

Requirement：

1. A minimum of 3 - 5 years industry experience colour matching. 
2. Excellent color matching skill and full tinting theory and application knowledge
