岗位职责：

1、准确了解客户需求，提供市场营销及活动策划方案，能独立提案；

2、对接客户负责相关项目的落地执行与监督；

3、完成从立项到项目收款各项商务环节工作；

4、完成上级安排的其他工作；

 

任职要求：

1、 广告及市场营销专业大专及以上学历，

2、大学英语4级或以上；

3、5年或以上活动公司经验；

4、对新事物有较强认知能力，能在短时间内理解把握客户与品牌；

5、具有方案策划能力并能够带领团队完成项目竞标；

6、具备较强项目统筹、决策、执行能力和客户沟通、维护能力；

7、具备较强的行业资源并熟悉行业作业流程；

8、有优秀的沟通、团队协作和组织能力；

9、有优秀的自我管理和时间管理能力。
