职位描述：

As the head of Shanghai repair centers' operation (Repair, Logistic and Administration department). Totally in charge above functions locally.

工作内容：
-Repair centers's capacity planning, analysis and implementation
-Repair centers's overall management in Repairing capability and Quality assurance.
-Repair centers's operational management in Logistics (Warehouse/Import/Export/Customs)
-Repair centers's operational management in Administration (GA/HR/FA/IT)
- Repair centers's performance review with HQ

职位要求：

-+3 years management experience in Smart Phone UNIT/PCBA repairing operations(+500 head count plant).
-Familiar with Smart phone UNIT/PCBA Repairing Process, Productivity & Quality control.
-Familiar with Logistics & Administrative operations management. (Free Trade Zone experiences is preferred)
-Skillful in Repair Capacity Planning, Analysis and Implementation.
-Good in Communication, Decision making, Leading & Execution capability.
