1、深度研究挖掘视频平台用户观看属性，策划并制作创意创新的视频内容；

  

  

2、擅长策划具有一定传播力和话题性的相关主题视频，把控整体内容和风格，撰写脚本；

  

  

3、掌握视频的各类常用剪辑制作工具或软件、具备视频后期剪辑、字幕、特效制作等技能；

  

  

4、独立并高质量完成整个创意视频制作（策划—拍摄—剪辑）；

  

  

5、负责视频在社交媒体平台、自媒体、视频媒体等全平台的运营，包括日常发布、粉丝互动以提高关注度和粉丝活跃度；

  

  

6、统计、跟踪各平台数据，挖掘和分析用户行为及需求；

  

  

7、完成新媒体运营的相关工作。

  

  

8、完成上级安排的相关工作。

  

  

任职要求：

  

1、本科以上学历，2年以上相关经验，广播电视编导、导演、新闻、广告传媒、营销策划等相关专业，有一定的娱乐类视频策划经验；

  

  

2、熟悉网络娱乐内容编辑/策划/编导工作，具有视频编辑能力，熟练运用Ps、Pr以及手机剪辑APP；

  

  

3、短视频应用（抖音、快手、秒拍、西瓜等）的重度用户，痴迷短视频领域，了解短视频制作及前期拍摄和后期制作流程；

  

  

4、熟悉网络化表达方式，对热点事件有较强敏感度，思想前卫新颖，脑洞大，能跟热点、有创意、懂话题营销、事件营销、病毒营销，对用户洞察、社交网络传播、新媒体传播形式有独特见解；

  

  

5、主动性、创作意愿佳，沟通能力强，喜欢挑战新事物，热情、抗压、学习能力强；有良好的沟通协调和团队管理能力。
