职位描述
PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION: to secure smooth operation for both import and export on customs declaration, acquiring, fulfilling and utilizing related customs laws to maximize the interest and benefit for the company.
ASSIGNMENTS (main responsibilities) max 10 points
1. To responsible for customs broker(s) and commodity inspection agent's performance and improvement.
2. To responsible for customs broker(s) and commodity inspection agent selection/price query according to non component purchase policy.
3. To responsible for defining of HS code and duty ratio updating in M3 for related items and communicate with logistics specialist in Sweden.
4. To responsible for customs clearance operation of import and export running smoothly.
5. To responsible for customs declaration equipment application, e.g. E-port, CIQ etc.
6. To responsible for all related customs annual audit and E-data update in Customs Authority and Foreign Exchange Bureau.
7. To responsible for acquiring related customs policies and regulations (e.g. anti-dumping) and spreading to involving functions.
8. To responsible for all documents needed to receivable account against Customs Law, e.g. foreign exchange checking paper.
9. Any other task as assigned by your manager/leader.
MEASUREMENTS
(key figures to measure the implementation of these assignments)
1. On time support to import and export delivery.
2. On time update of HS code with right duty ratio for right landed price.
3. In time information acquirement and utilization (e.g. anti-dumping).
4. Price development to customs brokers and commodity inspection agent.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years experience of customs operations in manufacturing background, abundant knowledge on import and export operation.
2. Proactive and good problem solver.
3. Initiative for improvement and communication.
4. Fluent oral English & written English.
5. Colleague degree or above, majored in international trade is preferred.
