Job Purpose:
2D & 3D graphics are getting more and more important in our SoC. Graphics team is responsible for developing 2D and 3D (OpenGL ES-1.0 & OpenGL ES-2.0) drivers on different OS (WinCE, Android, Linux), at the same time, Graphics team is also responsible for Graphics driver customization for different customers and customer support.
We are looking for an experienced software development manager who can lead a team of 10 people and has the potential to manage larger teams. You will be working in a fast expanding company in the consumer electronics industry, and have the opportunity of growing a young and enthusiastic team to its maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
?Ensure on-time and high quality delivery of product development targets
?Facilitate continuous growth in your team's technical competency
?Coach and mentor your team members to help them grow in their career path
?Be the contact point and represent your team in projects requiring international cooperation within and outside CSR
Person Specification:
Required:
?Master Degree in Computer Science, EE, or equivalent
?Excellent English skills, especially oral English communication
?8+ year experience in software development, with at least 5 years direct work experience on graphic technologies on Linux, Android or Windows CE platforms
?4+ year experience of managing a team
?Strong technical background in 2D/3D Graphics driver software development
Desired:
?Good experience of recruiting, coaching and mentoring team members
?Experience of managing a full product cycle from product definition to design, implementation, testing, release, and sustaining
?Experience of embedded system development on ARM is a great plus
