DUTIES - RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintain and improve company quality system.

· Develop quality strategy and improvement target, initiate improvement plan against the target, track the implement status to ensure the achievement of target.

· Supervise quality engineers and inspectors to fulfill quality inspection. Monitor daily quality status. Maintain an accurate quality data collecting, recording and reporting system.

· Motivate quality department. Enhance employee personal development though training and coaching.

· Daily contact with EU headquarter to collect EU factory production quality status information and customer/market feedback, resolve factory and market complaint and make correspondent improvement.

· Audit and approve new supplier.

· Manage the communication with third party laboratory, to get new directive/certificate information update and routine chemical sample test.

· Other administration work of quality system china.


REQUIREMENTS


· At least 5 year experience in quality management in TV industry

· Bachelor or above degree, engineering related major

· Familiar with Europe market requests

· Good at supply chain management

· Good system analysis and logic skill.

· Good inter-personal and communication skills.

· Strong leadership skills

· Good command of both written and spoken English

· Flexible with frequent business trip and night conference call.
