岗位职责：
1）协助公司的涉外项目商务谈判，起草和审核涉外合同；
2）协助公司的涉外法律风险体系的构建和管理；
3）协助处理公司涉外诉讼案件；
4）为公司海外分支机构的设立和并购项目提供法律支持；
5）协助公司涉外文件翻译，相关法律文件管理和内部传送。

任职要求：
1）全日制大学本科以上学历，法律相关专业，有海外留学背景者优先考虑；
2）有大型企业或律师事务所至少一年以上涉外法务工作经验，欧美事务所工作经验优先；
3）精通国际经济法、合同法、公司法、劳动合同法等专业法律知识，具备较强的书面表达能力，能够参与制定各项规章制度、规范及流程；
4）英语作为工作语言；
5）责任心强。

Skybasesolar is one of the outstanding PV module manufacturers in China. The company’s products have been used in residential and commercial solar energy projects. Skybasesolar brand PV modules are certified by TUV in 2010. The company has been a long-term partner with Mitsubishi in Japan in the silicon raw material business. Most silicon raw materials procured are of the highest quality (solar – IC quality). The vertical integration into the silicon raw material further ensures the high quality and low cost of Skybasesolar’s PV modules.
Skybasesolar built several rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects in Europe in 2010. Backed by its strong management and technical teams, Skybasesolar is well positioned in the development, construction, and operation of solar park projects. The company also provides pre-development and project finance consulting services, EPC and O&M services to investors worldwide. The 5MW solar project in Lonniwitz, Germany has been connected to grid in 2010.
