Job Objective
In essence, the main orientation of this role inspires leads and motivates sales team to grow account revenue, gross profit and client satisfaction, develop and implement a business plan, and engage relevant stakeholders to ensure sales coverage of products and services offerings.


Main Responsibilities

Overall accountability for consistently growing revenue and gross profit, develop and maintain in-depth understanding of the Account and keep information evergreen and communicate to account team and business leadership
Manage the overall client relationship, leading account team to achieve key account business targets including measurable sales targets of revenue, gross profit, client satisfaction and team motivation.
Position and present company's products/solutions, conduct needs analyses to qualify specific target accounts, maintain a very high activity level, sell in appropriate business solutions and close the deal.


Top 3 Requirements

Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, Business or Marketing preferred. Will consider equivalent experience.
Above 5 years of sales experience in banking or other financial firms.
Experience in Sales, Market Development. Experience leading diverse team to exceptional performance and successful management and execution experience

Special Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, English language ability helpful.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of sales concepts and practices, management and marketing principles.
Experience of working in a fast growing and dynamic environment.
