Position Summary:
Execute promotional marketing plan from its creative briefings to promotional results analysis. Work closely with key business unit including media, PR, revenue and sales support team to make sure promotional messages are well conveyed through effective marketing communication channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Developing briefs for brand promotional campaigns. Coordinating sessions for internal teams so brand ideas can be integrated throughout all appropriate channels
2. Execute multi-platform promotional retail marketing plan to drive consumer demand and revenue based on brand’s KPI
3. Work closely with Sales and Revenue department collaborating in the development of promotions
4. Collaborate with internal and external agencies to work with them in delivering creative work that is on strategy, on brand and creatively compelling to drive consumer response
5. Partner with Marketing Insights and Strategy teams on post-mortems on all brand promotion initiatives, providing a thorough analysis of results of all elements along with recommendations for the future
6. Develop strong partnerships with channel and media teams offering ongoing guidance and feedback on channel strategies and media plans to ensure brand initiatives are receiving appropriate support and planning to meet revenue goals.
7. Keep abreast of latest retail, marketing, entertainment, consumer and cultural trends to spur and provoke fresh thinking and foster innovation in promotional offers
8. Coordinate with each execution team in marketing and manage project throughout the year to ensure the marketing plan is being executed on time.

10. Social Marketing executions and provide feedbacks and proof read on the social contents social agency provided.
11. Work with creative team to keep update timeline of projects.
Qualifications:
List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field. 3-5 years’ progressive experience in Marketing or related field. Travel category, FMCG, E-commence experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding on online, social and traditional media
- Strong project management skills required
- Strong business and analytical acumen
- Occasional travel required

- Working knowledge of personal computers within a windows environment with e-mail, and MS Word with advance Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with related printers and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to communicate with all levels of management, agency contacts and travel agent partners.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to read through statistical data to form decisions.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrams, or schedule form.
