Job Description/岗位职责：

1. Collect all products QC files from MR
teams and transfers to relevant field inspector once OK Production received

2. Responsible for the daily up-date of
order follow-up based on new orders reception and field inspector reports

3. Contact vendors to confirm factories
locations, inspection plannings and planned/ confirmed dates

4. Coordinates all lab testing flow:
fabric/ garments reception, testing requests/ quotations with labs and result
analysis recording + information dispatch to relevant staff

5. Prepares all inspectors reports along
with production/shipping samples and lab test result for QC supervisor to
authorise shipments & filling once files are closed

6. Involves in field inspector factory
allocation at each season kick-off

7. Management of all production meetings to
receive/ dispatch latest information and alerts MR and Supervisors in case of
RISKY/ LATE productions

8. Yiwu warehouse inspection coordination

9. Basic translation job to field QC when
necessary

10. Continuous up-date of factories
database with FE and performance record for year-end vendors evaluation

Job Requirements/岗位要求：

1.Good written English fluent oral English
will be perferred

2.Over 1 years related working experience
in Garment trade company or buying office .(Fresh graduates in textile/garments
major is welcome)

3.Good office software ,eg WORD,EXCEL

4. Good organization ability

5.Strong communication skills

6.Knowledge at garment manufacture is
perferred
